A16z has the adventure scouts spread throughout Europe

Despite the news that Andressen Horowitz closed his coding office in London, the VC giant has dozens of scouts across Europe looking for startups at an early stage, Ethics. Some scouts are said to work in companies such as Poolside and 11x, which only raised the latter B series with a value of $ 50 million led by the company.

Although many scouts are in the A16Z in the United States, European scouts can be found in countries such as Sweden, France, Germany, Estonia, the United Kingdom and Amsterdam. Some include Pippa Lamb, partner in Sweet Capital, and Guillaume Roux-ROMESTAING, which leads a 11x partnership, according to Siftted.

This scouts tend to do up to eight deals annually and write checks from 10 thousand dollars to 25 thousand dollars, and they told Sifted. There are rules, though. For example, they are not allowed to invest directly in NFTS.
