The M23 rebels took control of Juma, the capital of the northern province of Kivu in the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Since their emergence more than three years ago, the Rwanda -backed rebels have made steadily through the Eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo, the seizure of towns and villages, and forcing people from their homes.
