The third soldier, who was *inside a Black Hawk helicopter, set the participation in the deadly atmosphere on Wednesday near Reagan National Airport after it was initially blocked.

CPT. Rebecca M. Lubbash, from Durham, North Carolina, as a flight officer in the army as of July 2019 and had about 500 hours of flight time in Black Hawk under her belt.

The Lubbash family had initially requested that its identity be blocked by the unfounded accusations that Dei was a worker in the accident.

The head of the crew and the other Lobach colleague was recognized inside Black Hawk on Thursday as Ryan Ohara and Senior Security Security 2 Thews.

Their helicopter collided with a US aircraft plane to land in Reagan from Whitchita, Kansas, on Wednesday evening while the soldiers were on a training mission, killing the 64 on board the plane and the three in the helicopter.
