Sudan’s army may lose the last major city in the western region of Darfur within days to the semi -military rapid support forces (RSF), according to analysts, local screens and RSF sources.
Observers fear that this could lead to crimes against humanity by RSF and a humanitarian catastrophe in the Chen, the capital of Northern Darfur State.

Al -Jazeera reports, human rights groups, and United Nations experts have documented countless RSF attacks against civilians who suffer from this. They often carried out brief executions and expelled entire societies of their lands.
For fear of similar atrocities, societies across Sudan picked up weapons in an attempt to protect themselves from RSF.

Civilians in the Zamzam camp for the displaced people are especially at risk if Fasher falls, according to rights groups and analysts.
The camp is located about 15 km (9.3 miles) south of the city center, and its population before the war was about 300,000 people.

He believes that the global community should do more to end conflict and protect civilians.
“The international community is missing at work,” said Raymond.
