Jenny Hermoso says in the trial of former football president Luis Rubiales that the qiblah is “stained” to win the 2023 World Cup.
Spanish star Jenny Hermoso told the trial of former football captain Luis Rubiales that the forced kiss he presented to her in 2023 “should not occur in any social environment or work.”
Prosecutors are looking for two and a half years in prison for Rollias for sexual assault and coercion after Hermoso’s kiss after the 2023 Women’s World Cup final.
Rubiales, 47, denies charges. The qiblah was called “Beck between Friends” and denies any coercion.
“I felt completely outside the place, and then I realized that my manager was kissing me, and this should not happen in any social preparation or work,” Hermoso told the court on the day of the opening of the trial on Monday.
“A kiss is presented on the lips only when I decide that,” she added.
The scandal that rocked Spanish football came and shattered the Rubiales profession moments after Hermoso got the glory of the World Cup, defeating England in the final in Sydney.
When Hermoso joined her colleagues in collecting the winners of the winners, Rubiales collected her head and kissed her on the lips before she was allowed to go with two slaps on the back.
The law launched a public screaming of what critics considered abuse of power and made Hermoso an icon of battle against the culture of muscles and sexual discrimination in sport.
The recent reform of the Spanish criminal law is classified as an expanded kiss as a sexual assault.
“As a woman, I felt unresolved. Hermoso said in the trial:” It was a single stained moment of the happiest days of my life. “
“For me, it is very important to say that I am seeking at any time, not to mention his expectation.”
The trial in the National Court of San Fernando de Heinaris will continue near Madrid until February 19.
