An accident related to the Rapido driver appeared on Reddit, where a passenger accused a driver of inappropriate behavior after the ride. The user, known as “ALOOGBHI”, has detailed her experience, which has since sparked widespread concern about passenger safety in horseback services.
In her post, the woman explained that after being dropped in her destination, the driver began to ask her personal questions while she was paying. She wrote: “Hello everyone, I booked a trip from Rabdo yesterday. This man left me on my site and started asking personal questions when I was paying it.”
Initially, the passenger became involved in a small conversation, saying: “I do not mind the small hadith, so I answered politely.” However, the conversation took an uncomfortable turn when the driver commented, “AAP ITNI Young AR SUNDAR Ho, FIR MANGETAR KYU? (You are very small and beautiful, why are you engaged?)”
I was uncomfortable, I tried to defuse the situation with a nervous laugh, in response, “Thank you, Bahaya (brother).” However, the driver insisted, “Please do not contact me,” and ask for her social media details. Feeling the escalating comfort, she made an excuse for not using social media and soon left the scene.
The situation worsened the next day when the passenger claimed that the driver called her several times and sent messages on WhatsApp, and violated her privacy. I shared a screenshot of the messages in its post and the viruses now, saying: “Today, this man called me dozens of times, and until I sent me text messages such as my personal breach.”
Although work today could not independently verify the claims made by the Reddit user.
The post got a great interest on the Internet, as many users urge procedures from Rabdo. In response to the comments, the woman revealed that she had contacted the company, which she stated would look at the matter.
