In 2008, an atmosphere was appointed first in the media: United States by Financial Times, and was second in the Wall Street Journal on the street analyst for communications: the fixed line. For more than a decade, Joe worked with Technicolor Inc. He focused on financial and legal issues. He obtained a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Fordam in New York, where he focused on financing. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from George Washington University, and spent three years with the Peace Corps in Taliar, Kazakhstan, the development of a center for English resources and students ’teaching.
