The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs says that the establishment of a Palestinian state “is a steady stable position,” and it refuses to clean the ethnic cleaning of Trump for the Palestinians from Gaza.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s reaction quickly and in the way of US President Donald Trump pledged to “take over” the Gaza Strip, which led to an emphasis on the absence of a normalization deal with Israel until the Palestinians receive their independent condition.
The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a lengthy statement on Wednesday: “The establishment of the Palestinian state is a steady standing position.”
His Highness (Crown Prince and Prime Minister Muhammad bin Salman) affirmed this position in a clear and explicit way that does not allow any explanation under any circumstances.
“His Highness stressed that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will not stop its hard work towards establishing an independent Palestinian state with East Jerusalem as its capital, and the Kingdom will not establish diplomatic relations with Israel without that.”
Trump said on Tuesday that the United States will take over the war pocket that was included in the war after resettlement of the Palestinians elsewhere and its economic development in the “Riviera in the Middle East”. He was speaking at a joint press conference with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s visit.
Trump’s move with many Saudi statements contradicts over the years, stressing the Kingdom’s commitment to the Arab Peace Initiative, which proposes diplomatic recognition of Israel on the condition of the establishment of a Palestinian state.
The reaction of other Arab countries was uncomfortable to Trump’s controversial statements.
The Royal Jordanian Court said in a statement: “His Majesty King Abdullah II affirms the need for a situation of stopping to expand (Israeli), expressing the rejection of any attempts to include the land and supply the Palestinians.”
A Qatari official said that it is too early to discuss those who should control Gaza with a fragile ceasefire between Hamas and Israel in its initial stages.
“We know that there are a lot of shocks with the Palestinian side when it comes to displacement. However, again, it is too early to talk about this, because we do not know how this war will end,” said Majed Anari.
Qatar is a major mediator in the shaky Gaza truce, which is supposed to enter its second phase soon. Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani, Trump envoy in the Middle East, will meet Steve Whittvo, in Florida on Thursday to discuss the next steps forward.
“Normalization with the Saudi will come soon and people will be shocked,” said Netanyahu, smiling while receiving questions at the joint press conference on Tuesday.
However, the statement of the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which demands free Palestine before any such deal was unambiguous.
“The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia confirms that this fixed position is not negotiable and is not subject to the middle solutions. Achieving permanent peace and peace is impossible without the Palestinian people obtaining their legitimate rights.
The United States has led months of diplomacy to obtain the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – one of the most powerful Arab countries and its impact – to normalize relations with Israel and get to know the country.
But the Gaza war, which started in October 2023, led Riyadh to the effort to face deep Arab anger over the uncompromising and civil massacre attacks.
Trump would like to follow the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the footsteps of countries such as the United Arab Emirates, the Center for Trade and Trade in the Middle East, and Bahrain, which signed the so -called Ibrahim agreements in 2020 and natural relations with Israel.
In doing this, they became the first Arab country in a quarter of a century to break the long -term taboos.
The establishment of relations with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be a great prize for Israel because the Kingdom has a great impact in the Middle East and the wider Islamic world, and it is the largest oil source in the world.
The great political analyst on the island, Marwan Bichara, said that the main nation regarding the fate of Palestine is undoubtedly the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
“There is no country that will have a greater opinion on what is going on in Israel and Palestine to move forward from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. There is no country that Israel wants to normalize relations with more than the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
One of the Israeli analysts asked whether the words were strong like actions when it comes to the commitment of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Palestinian sovereignty.
“The main question is whether the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will constitute a deal with the United States and normalization with Israel to abandon this plan, and not only to say that they support the right of the Palestinians to self -determination,” in Israel, told the island.
Bichara also pointed to the Trump leadership method is to be a real estate businessman, and his comments in Gaza may be the opening in the negotiation process, rather than a new policy to expel the Palestinian population from their lands that are keen on war.
“It will be a differentiation and integration account,” Well, you do not want me to purify the Palestinians ethnically, because you do not want me to send the American forces to expel them and take this land? Well, I will not do these things, but what will you give me in return? “
“I think you will see in the coming weeks – when Trump begins climbing on the tree, and when things are rooted – the Saudis will tell you that you need to progress and stop,” Bichara added.
“The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has a major role in playing, Trump has his eyes on it. But at the present time, Saudi Arabia holds a tightness.”
