Accenture takes steps to end its global goals for its diversity, property and integration rights (DEI) amid changes in the American political and legal scene, according to an internal memorandum reviewed by Fox.
The International Information Technology Company (IT) and the Administrative Consulting Company said in a memorandum from the CEO Julie Sweet to the employees on Thursday that it “surrounds” the goals it created in 2017, which was largely achieved, while Dei’s goals will not be yet Now it is used to evaluate employee performance. The financial times were the first to inform the development.
The company finishes functional development programs “for people from specific population groups” and plans to “invest more in our basic job development programs via Acceneture as part of updating our talent strategy.”
Accenture also stops her requests to external measurement polls for diversity, while it takes some time to assess her participation in these investigative studies.

Sweet note noted that Acceneure continues to support employee and network resources groups, which “open to all our employees and have wide and organic participation and ally”.

The Accenture Declaration comes as many major companies have decreased or DEI policies reviewed the past year.
Amazon, Facebook Parent Meta, Google, McDonald’s, Boeing, Molson Coors, Lowe’s, Harley-Davidson, Dere, Apple, Target, Vanguard, and more than changes to diversity and policy goals since 2024.
