The full council for supervisors will be dealt with on Tuesday for the second and final reading before Lori can sign the decree in the law.

“I don’t think there is a problem facing San Francisco today that does not cause it or has become much worse due to drug addiction at the street level,” said the supervisor.
“The emergency decree in Mayor Lori aims to increase resources that provide significant solutions such as problems. This is a required approach to restore the system to our streets, to reduce the attractiveness of San Francisco as a destination for drug use, drug trafficking and rescue of lives.”
