Below are the main developments on the day of 1079 of Russia’s widespread invasion of Ukraine.

Fighting
- Three people, including a minor, were killed in the Ukrainian drone attack that struck a car in the village of Logatiovka in the Russian border area of Beljorod. Governor Viasciav Grakarouf said a man, a 18 -year -old woman and a 14 -year -old girl, all of them passengers, died in the attack.
