FEC has more than 300 employees, with six commissioners at the top. Vice President of FEC, James Trinor, Republican.
Weintraub has worked as a FEC delegate since 2002, according to FEC. He says “It was a fixed voice for law enforcement intimate financing and strong examination.”
FEC Commissioners are appointed by the President and confirmed by the US Senate.
Under the law, no more than three commissioners can represent the same political party, and at least four votes are needed for any official committee, says FEC.
