M23, backed by Rwanda, closes on the town of Kavomo in southern Kivu in the attack of leaving thousands of dead and large numbers.
The African Leadership Summit directed the crisis in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).
The meeting, which ended in Tanzania on Saturday, gathered the leaders of East African Society (EAC) and the 16 -member African Development Society (SADC).
