West Ham United can still see some transportation activities before the end of the month, as the young striker Luis Gilherem was strongly linked to the exit despite his joining only in the summer.
Although the Premier League transfer window is closed, the Brazil window remains open until February 28, giving clubs an opportunity to do business. ACCORDING to EspnDiscussions are already in London in terms of a possible movement of Guilherme to Botafogo.
The 18 -year -old arrived in West Ham last summer from Ballras in a deal worth 25 million pounds, but he struggled for the first team minutes. While he showed glimpses of the promise in a short veil against Chelsea earlier this week, he did not prove himself in the team.
Botafogo’s interest is led by their owner, US billionaire John Tintoor, who also has stakes in Crystal Palace and Lyon. It is believed that he has financial muscles to conclude a deal if West Ham is open to negotiations.
Gilherym’s possible departure will come at an interesting time for the hammers. Graham Potter is still looking to strengthen his team after Evan Ferguson brought on loan from Brighton and James Ward Hades of Nottingham Forest remembers. However, any other signatures will now have to wait until the summer.
