The best gas grills from 2025

To determine the best gas grill and learn how to perform these grills in a variety of cooking scenarios, we perform three tests. Based on the various meat, methods and heat, these tests show us how efficient and disinfection of the grill (or no).

Ribs

Our first test is ribs. It is a stories, so there is no connected heat set or programs that pick up specific data. We heat each grill at a height for 10 minutes before converting it into an indirect low heat. Depending on the size of the grill, this means stopping one or two elasticity completely.

We remove the outer membrane on a shelf from the rear pork ribs and agree with a multi -purpose rubbing we use for ribs and chicken. After that, the ribs are placed on the networks for at least three hours with the lid closed all the time.

The ribrs may not agree with the relatively short and smoking -free cooking method, but allows us to know the quality of the regular propane gas grill to low and slow cooking. If time allows to continue cooking until the ribs are completely finished and we notice the total cooking time.

To test the grill with medium cooking time and medium heat settings, starch a whole chicken. We heat the grill at a height of 10 minutes, then move the heat to medium and stop the burners to create an indirect heat environment.

Once we reduce and comply the bird, put it in a roasting frying pan and enter one temperature probe in each chicken breast, to become the total of two chicken (this is an important step even if the grill is guaranteed by the heat scale because the non -cooked chicken is not good for anyone). To keep our results as fair as possible, all chicken is closer to 5.5 pounds.

The burger test refers to any hot points via the cooking surface in the grill if one burger constantly reaches 145 Fahrenheit before others in each round.

The medium pancakes were 15 or 20 degrees across the fastest and slower pancakes in a batch are the base in our test. Red flags are raised when we start seeing the differences in the range from 30 to 40 degrees.
