The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia condemned the proposal of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to use the Kingdom’s land to establish a Palestinian state.
In a statement on Sunday, the Saudi Foreign Ministry accused Netanyahu of trying to “turn attention” from the ongoing “crimes” of Israel in Gaza, including “ethnic cleansing”.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said: “The Kingdom affirms that the Palestinian people have the right to land, and that they are not infiltrators or immigrants that can be expelled whenever the brutal Israeli ministry wants.”

On Thursday, Netanyahu responded to an interview on Israel 14, which made a mistake in saying “the Saudi state” instead of “the Palestinian state.”
