Elon Musk and a group of participating investors made an offer of approximately $ 100 billion to the non -profit organization that controls Openai, which complicated the attempted CEO Sam German to convert the startup to a profit entity.
Musk presented attempts to the Openai Board of Directors on Monday, according to a person with a direct knowledge of the issue.

The highest evaluation may also mean paying larger compensation for Musk, which will be returned to the company in its early years several times.
