Brian Nicole, CEO of Starbucks, says the company’s application should be more transparent in prices.
Starbucks offers members of the Loyalty program free Coffee on Monday, the day after Super Bowl.
Starbucks will be rewarded in the United States on Monday qualified to get hot or iced coffee for any time all day. It will be limited to one drink.
Customers who are a member of Starbucks Rewards have already a voucher in the Starbucks app you can apply for it when submitting a mobile order. Customers can also recover Starbucks Monday when demanding in the store or in driving.
Anyone who joins the program can also recover the voucher in the store.
The company announced this step as a way to help its customers reach the “Long Monday” after Super Bowl. It is also seen as a way to persuade more consumers to join the free loyalty program, which grows in successive places. In January profits calls, the company announced that Starbucks is equivalent to membership and that spending has grown a quarter of a quarter of a year and a year on an annual basis. It also witnessed a growth between a quarter of the movement of non -Starbucks on the quarter.

The growth in traffic comes at a time when the company introduces a series of new initiatives during the era of CEO Brian Nicole, who took office in September 2024, to reflect the stagnation of the company’s sales and return it to the roots of traditional cafes.

The coffee giant also stopped charging customers for soy milk, oat milk, almond milk and coconut milk in the company owned and operated in the United States and Canada.

Nicole, who had previously expressed his dissatisfaction with the complexity of the company’s list, announced last month that the company will reduce 30 % of its food and beverage offers. However, the company is still planning to “lead this market with drinks and food innovation penetration”, and provides limited drinks on Valentine’s Day.

Niccol has already detailed other changes that the company looks forward to making, such as providing “entirely” digital lists panels in the stores owned by the American company during the next and a half years “that made our offers more understanding and show the allocation of the best additional jobs.”
