The US Department of Justice has requested the prosecutors to drop the issue of corruption against the mayor of New York City Eric Adams.
Acting Deputy Prosecutor Emile Bouv, who was appointed by President Donald Trump, issued instructions to federal prosecutors in the southern province of New York to end the case.
