The daughter of the former president faces three complaints of accountability about the alleged misuse of millions of public funds.
Thousands of demonstrators moved to the streets of Manila to demand the isolation of the Vice -President of the Philippines Sarah Doterti.
The demonstrators in the capital held banners calling for the removal of Doter and they hesitated, “Isolation! Sarah is now isolated!” While they gathered Friday morning. The police said about 4,000 people participated in the gathering, as the authorities deployed 7,400 riot police.
