Good question!
First, a little about me: I am not a lighting engineer, but I have experienced and reviewed CNET lights for more than five years. This includes hundreds of hours in a homemade lighting laboratory-a room that is controlled by the climate equipped with Rip and Merge the field This allows us to perform the most scientific and accurate lamp tests that we can run. I have also visited and brochure on the main manufacturers of North America like Cree and Gee to get a better understanding of their methods and standards. This is one of the many LED and Roundups purchase evidence that we are trying to update as much as possible.
A lightning look within our field of integration.
We download every bulb we experience in our integrated field center – a large hollow ball with a special and reflective coating inside. Our coil shines through a small hole on the side of the ball, with a “barrier” that prevents him from looking directly to the light bulb. Instead, the lamp’s light is bounced inside, which allows our spectators to take reliable and calibrating measurements such as brightness and color temperature.
We record these brightness measurements every 10 minutes for 90 minutes, then we take a final reading at the end. At this point, I connect the power cord in the field to a variety of faded keys, then measure the maximum settings and minimum across them with a close monitoring of flashing or fuss.
Once the lamp we experienced in the laboratory is finished, we take a closer look at things such as the spread of light, tone and color quality. Our photo and video team (Tyler Lesnbee, Chris Monroe and Vanisa Salas here in Louisville) was a great help, with a unified photography that allows us to take a closer look at these standards. They are also really cursed in taking pictures of light lamps.
All that has been said, the most important thing is not what I think when I eat readings in our lighting laboratory – this is what you and your family think after tightening the lamps and operating them in your living room or another area. As I said, LEDS is designed like this to be solid, water -resistant for recent years, so it is worth buying those you will already like. You have a lot of good options these days, so there is no need for settlement. I am just here to help you find the “correct” lamps slightly faster – or more efficiently, you may say.
This new light from Silvania is not available outside California yet, but it is effective, as it has placed 93.7 luminals per watt. It will be one of the following lamps I review.
