Trump signs the matter to punish the International Criminal Court

President Donald Trump has signed an executive order punishing the International Criminal Court, accusing him of “illegal and baseless measures targeting America and our close ally Israel.”

The procedure places financial restrictions and visas on individuals and their families who help in the investigations of the International Criminal Court for American citizens or allies.

Trump signed this measure as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was visiting Washington.

Last November, the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for Netanyahu due to the alleged war crimes in Gaza, which is denied by Israel. The International Criminal Court also issued a memorandum of Hamas Commander.

The White House fact -distributed paper on Thursday accused the Hague -based International Criminal Court to create a “shameful moral equation” between Hamas and Israel by issuing orders at the same time.

Trump’s CEO said that the recent international criminal court actions “put a dangerous precedent” were exposed to the Americans by exposing them to “harassment, abuse and arrest.”

The White House accused the International Criminal Court of setting restrictions on Israel’s right to self -defense, while accusing the body of ignoring Iran and anti -Israel groups.

Trump has repeatedly criticized the court, and took several steps to hold the body during his first term in his post.

More than 120 countries have believed the Rome Law – which formed the International Criminal Court – while another 34 has occurred and has believed in the future.

Neither the United States nor Israel is a party to the Rome Law.

The International Criminal Court is the last resort court, and aims to intervene only when the national authorities cannot be tried.

During his time in office, President Biden also criticized the international criminal court memo in favor of Netanyahu, describing the move as “bright” and saying that there was no equation between Israel and Hamas.

Trump’s signature on his last executive will follow his announcement during a joint press conference with the Israeli Prime Minister on Tuesday for a plan for the United States “to seize” Gaza, resettle its Palestinian population and transfer the region into “Riviera in the center east.”
