(Reuters) -Accenture has boasted its global goals of diversity and inclusion after evaluating the changing American political scene, according to an internal memorandum seen Reuters.
The memorandum of CEO Julie Sweet said that the company will start “sunset” the goals of diversity that it set in 2017, as well as job development programs for “people from specific demographic groups.”
Big Tech Companies Meta, Alphabet and Amazon are among a series of companies that have eliminated the goals of its diversity, fairness and inclusion (Dei) that leads to the return of Republican Donald Trump to and after the American presidency.

In line with the targets set in 2017 and 2020, women are currently 48 % of the workforce in Acceneture and 30 % of the roles of the administrative manager, according to their last annual report.
The company, which is largely rented from India, also announced the goals of the race and race for the United States and the United Kingdom in 2020.
